Precautions for packaging roll production

Coil is a common form of packaging in industry and is widely used. Therefore, the knowledge points that need to be paid attention to when processing and producing roll materials are as follows. 1. Before starting the machine, confirm whether the raw materials, including name, specification, weight, quantity and production plan are accurate; 2. At the beginning of overprinting, the overprinting material should be within the range of the roller registration cursor (can be adjusted according to the situation in the overprinting process); 3. Move the raw material to the center of the material axis. The discharge shaft and the receiving shaft are slightly inclined due to gravity bending, so it needs to be slightly offset inward by 1mm to 2mm during the discharge and receiving process; 4. Set the tracking adjustment guide roller to zero (horizontal), after normal feeding, adjust the tracker to automatically track the edge of the material, and then make fine adjustments according to the actual situation
